Workspaces
A workspace is the largest unit that holds projects. When you first sign in, a personal workspace in your name is created, and the projects you create go there. To manage projects together with others, create a new workspace. This page is based on the screens of the oasisw.ai dashboard as of 2026-10-29.
Dashboard layout
When you sign in to oasisw.ai, the left side shows the current workspace name and three menus.
| Menu | Contents |

| Storage | Limit and usage |

Settings
| Group | Contents |
|---|---|
| Name and photo | A personal workspace uses your account name and photo. Change them with Change in Edit account |
| API tokens | Issues tokens for the REST API. It is marked Only visible to you (REST API overview) |
| Working together | "To work together, invite collaborators to a project or create a new workspace." If you are working together on just one project, inviting collaborators is enough (Invite team members and set permissions) |
| Convert to a workspace | Converts this account into a workspace owned by someone else Pending Check the behavior — whether it can be reversed |
Storage
At the time of testing, a personal workspace had Free 1 GB. The Storage screen shows usage for the following items.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Public projects / Private projects | Count. The limit was Unlimited |
| Assets | Uploaded files and files imported from the store |
| Published apps | Published builds |
| Code | Script files |
| Checkpoints | Saved checkpoints |
| Splats | Gaussian splat data |
As the screen says, "No per-type limits — everything shares the total." AI tokens (credits) belong to each person, not to the workspace (Credits). We have not checked what is blocked when you exceed the limit. Pending Check behavior when the limit is exceeded
